This is a 60 minute phone consultation one on one with Vivica.
Vivica will use her knowledge of nutrition, her extensive clinical experience and her intuition, to provide fresh insights on your situation and how to resolve your challenges.
During the 60 minutes, you will discuss your health history, address health challenges, and set a plan of action for you moving forward.
Diet, lifestyle and possible supplement recommendations will be addressed during this consultation.
Reading basic blood labs is included in this consult. Interpretation of other labs (hormones/gut/hair analysis) will be an additional $50 fee.
You will also receive one week of email support after the call to help you get started.

By submitting this form, I am requesting to be considered for a consultation by Vivica Menegaz CTWFN. I understand and agree that the fee for these services is $250.00 payable upon acceptance. I understand that Vivica Menegaz CTWFN does not dispense medical advice nor prescribe treatment.
